Metadata Tag Editing

 



1. Click the “Smart Tag Editor” button on the ACS Manager app main page.

 

 

About Edit Page



2. Choose editable metadata fields by switching desired fields (artist, genre, composer, conductor) on or off.

In Smart Tag Edit Page, you can change 

Album title, album artist, album year, track title, artist, genre, composer, conductor for the whole album, or for individual tracks.

3. Edit Album metadata

You can edit the metadata you want by clicking the text

the order is as follows

  • Album Name
  • Album Artist Name
  • Album Genre
  • Album Publish Year

4. Change track metadata

You can change the metadata of tracks by clicking the text

If you change the text in the yellow box, the track data will change to your text.

the order is as follows 

  • Track Index
  • Track Title
  • Track Artist

By clicking the check box on the right (red box), you can edit multiple tracks in one batch.

Search Internet for Album Cover



 

1. Click the picture of the album cover

Action> Click “Search Internet for Album Cover”

2. Select the cover you want

If you do not see the cover you want, you can change the search keywords and search again.

Save Searched as Album Cover



3. Select front or back cover option for chosen image.

1. Click the picture of the album cover

Action> Click “Take a picture for Album Cover” 

Take a Picture and Resize the Square



2. Take a picture with your iPad and resize/crop it accordingly.

Check Rotation and Confirm



3. Check the rotation of picture and tap “Use as a front cover” to save it.

Change Album Release



If you find your album’s metadata is not correct, you can use the “Change Release” feature to find a better match.

1. Click “Change release”

You will see list of different releases. Please select the correct release.

When you click one of the releases, track names will change accordingly.

 Action> Click “Select” at the bottom when you have chosen a different release.

Change Album Language



If you find your album’s metadata has broken language, you can see whether there are other languages of the album

1. Click “Change Language”

You will see list of different languages. Please select the correct language setting.

When you select a different language, the album and track data will change accordingly.

2. Click “Select” at the bottom when you have chosen a different language.
